I Love San Pedro ....

As mentioned previously, I love a good chin rub.

This San Pedro growing on my balcony has now reached a most convenient height for this.

I don't mind a little chew now and then either.

Pure bliss.

Doing the Dishes ....

I've nabbed this tea-towel to help with wiping up the dishes.

It's mine, you can't have it.

All done now.  A nap is in order.

Succulent Succulents ....

I find succulents rather toothsome.

The Roof Drain ....

Today was the day I thought I'd investigate the roof drain.

I squeezed my body halfway in, but became unceremoniously evicted.

Then I found this mop inserted in my place.

After a bit of a 'time-out' in the bedroom, this then appeared:

Foiled again.

Drats.

Attractive ....

                                       A face only a mother (or father) could love.
                                        I'm drooling a bit after having some of these:

I wanted to eat the whole pack, but wasn't allowed to.

Guitar Teacher ....

   

I love giving guitar lessons from a good vantage point.

Although sometimes it's hard to keep my balance.

Lemon ....

                 I have my paws crossed that this lemon will continue to get bigger and go yellow.
                   It is the first (and only) fruit the tree has ever produced to this stage in 4 years.
                       If it does make it, I think reincarnation to a lemon tart would be nice.
                                  It is currently 6cm long, with a diameter of 11cm.

Cosy ....

                              After an exhausting week, I am now completely relaxed.
                                        Napping and flexing at the same time.
       Proof that it is possible to do two things at the same time if you put your mind to it.

Nipplegate ....

                        Here's a picture of my shaved tummy and newly exposed nipples.
                    They did me from just under my front legs to just above my back ones.
                                         And around my side to be thorough.
                                   
           

Home & Happy ....

                                         My epic non-holiday at Lort Smith is over.
                My doctor is lovely, but 2 days and over night is a long time away from home.
                (Especially when there are no added extras like yogurt or other special treats.)
                            You may be pleased to know my kidney ultrasound went well.
        Still waiting for some other test results, but I stick my tongue out to them if they dare be bad!

Pretty Flowers ....

                                        Well, I'm in hospital tonight, so instead of
                                 a glamour shot of me, you get some pretty flowers instead.
                           These have sprung up from some succulents growing on the balcony.
                                     They are very nice looking, and i have tried to eat them.

Peek - a - boo ....

                           Strategically positioned, any second now I'm going to pounce ..

All Tucked in ....

                                        Here I am all comfy & tucked in on the couch.
                                                 I find it's good way to watch TV.
                                          One of my favourite shows is 'Judge Judy',
                              (although I also like 'Project Runway' and 'Grand Designs').
                                           And anything on the 'Animal Planet' network.

                                        It shows off my magnificent whiskers a treat.

Wrestler ....

                                      I enjoy the abdominal muscles on this wrestler toy.
                                         (They are certainly more defined than mine ...)

Camouflage #3 ....

                                           I love chilling out under the shoe cabinet.
                                     It's actually quite dark & no one can see me here.

Strawberry ....

                                    This was the first strawberry picked from my bushes.
                                       Home grown is much tastier than store-bought.
                     I love them so much sometimes I try to sleep on top of them, however
                               as much as I enjoy this I don't think they like it much.

Blown reputation ....

                           I blew my reputation on Wednesday.  I had a hissy fit at the vet.
                             Another cat looked at me the wrong way & I freaked out.
                            (First freak out in 14 years.   But it only takes the one time).
                           I had to be wrapped in a towel.  It was all rather embarrassing.

Roof Patrol ....

                                           I went out on roof patrol the other day.
                          My target was a pesky Magpie which was harassing me.
                           (If you look closely, it's sitting on the aerial just above me).
                                              The little booger just wouldn't go away!!

                                         In the end I gave up & came home for a snack.
                                           The wide gutter makes a handy walkway.
                                   I usually do a few laps around the building every night.
